  • Override Field Maintenance Tailor your system across various software modules: edit field names to suit the terminology common to your firm; apply initial values to selected fields, e.g. client exposure limits; allow/disallow maintenance of particular fields; choose to make the completion of selected fields a mandatory function.

  • Registry and Matter intelligence - hold free form-text notes at registry and matter level. Easily accessed from the Enquiries module.

  • Restricted Data Maintenance - create and maintain lists of restricted departments and matters against a location, e.g. a branch office. Designed to safeguard sensitive data, the software ensures that any enquiries on protected matter entries by users in selected locations are returned as if they did not exist within the database. However, conflicts identified against the legitimate data when opening a new matter entry are recognised. The user is then referred to a nominated individual for further instruction.
