Usage notes are provided to users whenever new software is implemented to assist understanding of the SiMS product. Training courses are available for all areas of our software. We strongly recommend that users attend relevant courses to ensure that they are able to utilise all functions of SiMS to the best advantage for their firm.

It is our policy to analyse all reported calls on a regular basis. We are therefore able to offer users additional training that may be needed to strengthen understanding in specific areas.

We can provide refresher courses for users who received training some time ago but make infrequent use of the software.

In our experience training sessions are most successful when the attendees are limited to a maximum of six persons. Where possible these sessions are carried out on site in familiar surroundings. We use familiar data by building a training database based on a copy of your live system.

We also offer a consultancy service where we spend time on site overseeing how your staff use the system. Our aim is to help users to get more from the SiMS package by introducing better practice or by suggesting specific software modules suited to your needs.
